Fulfillment Policy
RESTRICTIONS: Culinary Co-Op will work with any entity located in the United States, specifically in the Lubbock, TX Designated Market Area (DMA). However, we do not work with companies headquartered outside the United States for legal liability reasons.
FULFILLMENT: Depending on the product/service provided by Culinary Co-Op, fulfillment will vary.
Kitchen Leasing, Short-Term: Once the customer chooses their leasing plan, they will be able to book time to use the shared kitchen space at Culinary Co-Op. Each time will be booked on a shared calendar, to help avoid double-booking. Not all cases of double-booking will be avoidable, therefore Culinary Co-Op is prepared to work with each client to attempt to ensure satisfaction.

Each time will be booked on a shared calendar, to help avoid double-booking. Not all cases of double-booking will be avoidable, therefore Culinary Co-Op is prepared to work with each client to attempt to ensure satisfaction. To help ensure preference for our long-term booking clients, Culinary Co-Op recommends Long-Term Leasees to book at lease one month in advance.
Classes & Events: Each event & class is different, and the fulfillment policy for each event is subject to change without notice. When customers view events on www.culinaryco-op.com, the details of each event will be outlined on the specific Event page.
Online Shop: Our online shop is fulfilled by various vendors to help facilitate inventory storage and timely shipping. Each item listed in our store is subject to the fulfillment policy of the vendor who is preparing and shipping the item to the customer. All inquiries of this nature will need to be directed to the specific product vendor.
